Bodhi Surf
At Bodhi Surf you can expect to learn more than how to stand up on a surfboard. Surfing is a unique sport, it requires awareness, an understanding of the ocean, and a certain level of respect for nature. For us at Bodhi Surf S.A., surfing is our way of life and we look forward to sharing as much as possible with you.
EIL Ecuador
The Experiment in International Living (EIL Ecuador) is a non-profit organization established in Ecuador in 1977 to encourage intercultural exchange among persons of different cultures, religions and ages. By making it possible for persons of different nationalities to live and learn together, we contribute to mutual understanding, respect and peace among peoples of the world.
Yanapuma
Yanapuma Foundation is a non-profit foundation in Ecuador, driven by the enthusiasm of its national and international staff and volunteers to work towards the realization of its vision of marginalized communities achieving equity and well-being, ecological, social and economic sustainability, and developing a sense of the uniqueness of their culture and place in the global context.
YCCLD
The Yunnan Center for Cultural Learning and Development (YCCLD), based in Kunming, China, strives to enhance the lives of ethnic minority peoples who live in Southwest China through sustainable and ecologically appropriate development projects, and to promote a greater understanding of the diverse cultures in the region through educational programs for foreign students.
EIL India
“By living together we learn to live together” is the simple faith on which the Experiment in International Living works. The Experiment believes that the present day search for world peace can be fruitfully conducted only on a people to people basis. The Experiment is convinced that beneath the superficial differences of language, culture, food and dress lies the togetherness of the people from Country to Country.
Idex
Indian Network for Development Exchange (Idex) designs and locally supports volunteer and travel programs in India that are educational, culturally immersive, and beneficial to the social development of local communities in need.
WWISA
Willing Workers in South Africa works to meet the needs of the communities of the Bitou Region on the Garden Route of South Africa. As hosts of volunteers from around the world and coordinators of various development projects with partner NGOs in these communities, WWISA aims to be a conduit for delivering the resources and skills necessary for local development.
PlettAid
The Plettaid Foundation is a non-government, not for profit organisation whose goal is to help the numerous communities within the Bitou Municipality of the Western Cape (South Africa) to respond to the crisis caused by HIV and AIDS. It was formed in 2003 as a result of a call for an AIDS forum at a public meeting called by the mayor of Plettenberg Bay to address the needs of the community, which had arisen from the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
